Robotic Parking Systems for the storage of personal transportation vehicles (PTV) including low-profile high-performance cars. We utilize automated and robotic solutions to design integrated bespoke Robotic Parking Systems. Innovating the User Experience in parking garages bringing elegance, safety, and convenience to an otherwise mundane task.
The costs of a RPS vary depending on size and throughput. The costs are in line with national conventional parking costs.
- Increased parking capacity by 40% on average.
- Reduced operational costs.
- Increase sellable SF thus increasing revenue and mitigating risks.
Robotic Parking Systems reduces construction and infrastructure costs by reducing or eliminating excavation. Robots function in a dark site which reduces lighting costs, reduced ventilation costs, reduced labor costs and maintenance costs. Maximizes land use with no ramps and reduced ceiling heights because there are no humans in the system.
Our systems are designed for safety and redundancies, the Traffic Management System generates 24/7/365 real-time data to our dedicated service team.
Robotic Parking Systems use less space to park more cars. In a RPS the elimination of ramps and drive aisles results in approximately 200 SF per vehicle when compared to 300 SF to 450 SF in conventional parking structures.
Our Robotic Parking Systems have no limits with capacity and can be stored below ground or above ground within the projects structure.
Our Robotic Parking System utilizes AGV/LGV/AMR technology designed to safely capture and store a large variety of vehicles from low-profile high-performance sports vehicles such as Ferrari and Lamborghini, including typical North American sedan and SUV dimensions of 20’ Length x 7.3’ Width.
Robotic Parking Systems are unsurpassed in safety when compared to conventional parking. Our RPS are equipped with real time monitoring traffic management systems. Our Transfer cabins are well lit and connected to 24/7/365 support.
RPS systems eliminates:
- Vehicle damage such as dings and fender benders
- Vandalism, theft of personal items, predator risks
- Theft of vehicles.
The Driver can expect assistance from audio and visual guides. In the RPS drivers enter the Transfer Cabin guided by a flashing greenlight, audio commands and LED displays assist the driver in parking the vehicle within system specifications to complete the parking process.
The RPS uses voice commands and LED visual displays and laser guidance to guide the driver into the transfer cabin. When the car is properly aligned the system alerts the driver to turn off the ignition and place the car in park, exist the vehicle to complete the parking process via smart kiosk or smart device app.
- Safety Monitored Entry
- No Scratches, Dents or Dings
- No Contact access to car and belongings
- Fully integrated, secure digitized, customized solutions
