As President of Alchemy Robotics, Vince is responsible for driving the firms development platform and global commercial strategy. Vince has over 40 years experience as a builder and real estate developer, encompassing millions of square feet of mixed-use complexes, industrial parks, office buildings, medical buildings, institutional facilities, entertainment & sports arenas, hospitality and multifamily. His experience with dense storage systems, and construction knowledge informs his passion and creativity in designing optimal Robotic Parking Systems and Robotic Storage Systems to create value, reduce risks and drive targeted returns in commercial real estate assets. He leads the firms development and acquisition platform, targeting opportunistic, value-add projects. Vince is passionate about structuring transactions to enrich the capital stack and unlock revenue streams typically lost in conventional parking and conventional self-storage facilities. Vince understands that maximum profit is created by structuring and designing the project to enrich the area, encompass components to maximize returns, and an emphasis on minimizing risks as well as
creating multiple exist strategies.

He has earned degrees from the University of Napoli and the University of Salerno for architecture and engineering. Beginning his career in 1978, Sergio has been involved in all aspects of the real estate and construction business and he is well versed in the technical study of structural design. His experience covers all asset classes encompassing residential, commercial, educational, sports and industrial engineering. He operates in both the public and private sectors in the capacity of engineer, architect and urban planner.
Greg Diloné supports Alchemy Robotics, as V.P. of U.S. Business Development. He brings over two decades of leadership and experience focused on developing and delivering industrial management and marketing services to streamline logistics and increase revenues. He analyzes the business model to create alignment with customers and integration of measurable targeted growth initiatives. Servicing manufacturing and logistic companies to capture new markets and optimizing vertical integration to increase sales in the hundreds of millions.
Karen Hardcastle serves Alchemy Robotics as Director of Hospitality Acquisitions & Entertainment Development, Western Europe. Focused on business development and relationship management to provide robotic solutions for parking and storage requirements in hospitality and entertainment development in Costa del Sol, French Rivièra, Monaco and the UAE. Developing strategic partnerships with stake holders, architects and municipalities to consult and provide solutions for the dense storage of cars, motorcycles, bicycles and boats in order to maximize development. She is an integral member of the hospitality development group, with primary responsibilities focused on sourcing resort investments.
Charles serves as Director of West Coast Business Development, he brings over 40 years’ experience in senior management across multiple disciplines and reverse mergers with private and public companies. His core discipline over the past three decades is real estate investment sales and brokerage working with fortune 500 companies and involved in transactions with notable clients such as JMB Reality, Equitable Life Insurance, Major Realty, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, D&E Global Investors, Realty Management Company and others.
